Short Mat Forms

If you haven't filled in your 2017/18 short mat preference form (I believe there are many of you!) please could you do it asap as Tony has a cut off date of 31st July. If you're not able to come to the club but would like to play short mat in the winter, please contact him and let him know. Thank you.
